Maratha Mandal's Nathajirao G. Halgekar Institute of Dental Sciences & Research Centre, Belagavi was Established in 1992. The Campus has 1,31,366 Sq. ft. Dental College Building spread over a beautiful lush 6.18-acre plot. The building houses all the clinical and basic science department. The campus has staff quarters and independent fully equipped seminar halls & class rooms and well furnished Boys & Girls Hostels, Cafeteria & Mess.

Maratha Mandal, Belgaum started in 1931, a dedicated group of individuals belonging to the Maratha Community, embarked on a dream. Their vision – to create a strong education base in the neglected areas of North Karnataka. Over a period of 75 years, the Maratha Mandal’s Trust has blazed a trail, and set an unparalleled example in the state. Today, The Maratha Mandal’s trust runs over 35 Institutions in the field of Education.
