Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan an Institute with 60 year of legacy imparting quality technical education in the field of engineering. MCE is established during 1960-61. An autonomous Institution since 2007, the college is one among the leading technical institutes in the country. Being autonomous institution, eight UG programmes are NBA accredited under TIER-1 and also college is accredited by National Assessment Accreditation Counsel (NAAC). Under NIRF ranking done by AICTE, college is in bandwidth of 150 to 200 for the year 2018-19. Among few colleges selected under TEQIP-1.3 MCE is identified as mentor institution for Jorhat Engineering College, Assam.
